Essential scones for strawberry shortcake

3 cups flour
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
cut in 3/4 cup shortening (I used Fluffo)
1 cup milk
Divide and bake for 15 minutes (approximately) at 325F or until golden. Mmmm.

where did you get the fluffo? i can’t find it!

Hartmans.. though, any brand would work.
